POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the specification, acquisition and installation of medical technology required for construction projects, medical equipment replacement and new medical technology acquisition projects. Responsible for managing equipment acquisition, delivery schedule, product installation, new equipment incoming inspection and existing equipment inventory. JOB DUTIES: btains competitive pricing for equipment. Processes equipment purchase requisitions. Manages equipment warehousing, delivery and installation. Coordinates equipment acquisition, delivery and installation with OFD project manager, architects, contractors and vendors. Coordinates new equipment incoming inspections with operational managers. Maintains and updates electronic records of equipment purchase, delivery, installation, service information in equipment planning database and procurement database. Maintains detailed paper records of equipment acquisition, receiving and invoicing documents. Manages vendor invoice approval process. Attends project meetings as requested. Conducts physical inventories and inspections as requested. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
