Mantua St., 44240 Requisition ID: 205060Position OverviewThe Specialist, Motor Carrier Administration is responsible for processing authorization for employees to operate Company motor vehicles, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met to maintain regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. This role involves processing termination notices for licensed employees, addressing driver complaints, generating incident records and reports, and providing support for audits.Be part of the most progressive greenspace stewardship team in the industry. Job DutiesWhat You'll Do: •Utilize multiple third-party platforms to authorize the employee operation of Company motor vehicles. •Address driver complaints received through various platforms. •Process termination notices for all licensed employees.•Generate Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for various reporting.•Generate reports of driver qualification as needed.•Participate in internal staff conferences to review and discuss Standard Operating Procedures for the Motor Carrier Administration staff.•Process various invoices.•Provide support for internal audits. •Provide support on projects as requested. •Provide support as needed for Davey's Alcohol and Drug Policies.•Perform other related duties as assigned.•Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.Competencies•Utilizes strong organizational and administrative skills to process and complete work on time and with attention to detail.•Demonstrates excellent communication skills and resolves problems efficiently.•Generates reports, data, and records with compliance expertise.•Engages collaboratively in meetings and provides support, actively engaging in organizational initiatives.QualificationsWhat We're Seeking: •Required: Driver's license.•Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.•Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.•Preferred: Solid working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations.•Preferred: Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.Additional InformationWhat We Offer: *
