This position offers a 9/80 work schedule.Essential Functions:Process Repair Orders by determining Billing and Shipping informationAble to manage an average of 500 items in the repair processAble to lead and/or build compliance import/export programInterface with the customer via email, phone and in personCoordinate repairs and activities with internal and external resourcesEnsure contractual obligations are metPerform estimating and payment collection activitiesAble to work in a fast paced environment with data driven performance metricsReview imports/exports for compliance to ITAR, EAR, and customs regulationsAssist customers with international shippingWork directly with freight forwarders as it relates to imports and exportsApply for export licenses (DSP-5s, BIS licenses)Experience with USML and 600 series itemsAbility to Obtain a US Security ClearanceQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
