Position Overview:

This Specialist, Post Production is responsible for the tracking, routing, and distribution of all Tiffany still life marketing materials. This role requires a background in post-production and an in-depth understanding of the retouching process. This person will work closely with internal freelance retouchers as well as outside vendors to deliver approved imagery on time and within budget. This individual may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends. This position requires knowledge of photography and design as well as a strong eye for color.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage and schedule a team of retouching freelancers and vendors to produce projects varying in scope and complexity. Assign work to appropriate talent based on their strengths and capabilities. Oversee the color review process and QC each image prior to sharing or distributing. Work closely with creative partners and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent production and visual brand standards, along with timely completion of work. Continuously reassess timelines and priorities to keep all projects on track.

Receive and Process Global Proofing and OOH Mechanical Build requests. Work closely with vendors to deliver print ready files built to the location specs and requirements. Clearly communicate status updates and tracking information to internal stakeholders. Ensure that files are delivered within the designated timelines.

Create and maintain image standard guidelines. Evaluate retouching and vendor rosters, give feedback, and seek out new talent on an ongoing basis.

Meticulously track each project and its deliverables, ensuring clear communication surrounding potential timing concerns or delays. Manage and archive digital assets.

Required Qualifications:

* BA or equivalent degree

* 4 to 6 years Post-Production experience required

* Proficient in Mac environment, and familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign

* Strong sense of urgency, highly organized with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Luxury Brand experience preferred.

* Understanding of billing systems (such as Coupa) and budget tracking.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $67,405 - $91,195. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
