Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.83 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees and work 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. You will operate our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. We have a great compensation package and benefits start at 60 days! You will operate the mixer equipment and complete quality temperature checks throughout your shift. You will be working in a cold environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. Throughout the shift, you will open 60 lb boxes of meat and make spices at your work station.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Shift Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 5:00am - 3:30pm

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.49

Job Duties:

• You must able to lift 40 lbs throughout your shift
• You will follow GMP polices and procedure
• You will properly record quality temperatures every 30 to 60 minutes.
• You will keep a clean & organized work area
• You will meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
