  • Manages one or more projects with internal as well as external customers.
  • Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources.
  • Monitor project progress in terms of time, costs, quality (TCQ) and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.
  • Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews.
  • Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved external service providers, resources or stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts with necessary corrective actions and alerting senior management to potential issues.
  • Manage change requests from the industrialization standpoint and setpriorities.
  • Coordinate resources between Schaeffler locations to execute industrialization projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage and report investments and start-up cost of the industrialization project. Your Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree, preferred inmechanical or industrial engineering
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
    • Minimum of three (3)years of project management experience
    • Project management certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM, IPMA Level C or D)
    • SAP and Microsoft Project software experience preferred
    • Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
    • Continuous improvement mindset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
