The Specialist - Sales Operations is a detail-oriented professional who plays a critical role in supporting the sales team. This position acts as a key liaison between the sales department and internal functions, ensuring efficient coordination of processes and delivering exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires a commitment to data accuracy, cultivating strong relationships, and driving improvements in operational efficiency.What You Will Do At Acme:
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and internal departments (Marketing, Quality, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, etc.) to coordinate the execution of key processes and sales activations, including but not limited to:
- Pricing and Supplier Agreements
- Marketing Materials
- Promotions, Deals, and Bids
- Quality Assurance
- Sustainability
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address and fulfill customer requests in support of the Sales Team.
- Manage customer and third-party portals, including GDSNs, to ensure accurate updates and provide key information.
- Support Management and the Sales Team through follow-ups and communication on critical matters.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems and administrative tools.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and distribution of required documents for sales and customers.
- Assist the Sales Team with operational tasks and foster strong relationships with customers at various organizational levels to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and proactively address their needs in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Identify and implement new methods to streamline activities, enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
About You Your Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 4+ years' experience in sales administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships, driving improved satisfaction.
- Proven ability to independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively, excel in a fast-paced environment, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proactive and professional approach to navigating dynamic, high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Health & Safety Requirements:

- Follow mandated OSHA regulations.
- Report all incidents including near misses immediately.
Compensation Range: $72,000 - $93,000 annually.*This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What's In It For You:
