**Description**

If so - Vector Security Networks is hiring a Specialized Customer Service Representative within the Install Technical Support Department, located in Gainesville, VA. The position involves providing troubleshooting guidance for Burglary and Fire technology to inbound-calling technicians completing installation work. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of basic circuitry, network fundamentals, and high deductive reasoning skills.

Major Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to field technicians supporting burglary and fire equipment.

* Using company monitoring and jurisdictional procedures, research system and provide recommendations to resolve support challenges.

* Perform remote programming of security and fire systems.

* Communicate effectively with external and internal customers.

* Maintain proper documentation and asset records.
