Description: *Provide direct aid to teachers or other certificated staff members by providing instructional support and practices under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA *Primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services, discreet trial, and data collection

Qualifications/Requirements: *Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) *Associates degree from an accredited college or university, OR, *(48) credits from an accredited college or university, OR, *Passing score on the ParaPro Praxis exam (minimum score 456) *Previous experience working with secondary students and students with disabilities preferred *Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with other educational professionals
