Position OverviewSafely and efficiently set up and operate machine.Responsibilities• Set up and adjust machinery by pushing buttons, moving rails, setting up the compression bed and strapper.• Set up the load former • Conduct systemic quality check by measuring boards and checking calibrations to work orders.• Input information into computer and complete paperwork. • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.• Responsible for product safety and quality. • Additional duties may be assigned by management.QualificationsCandidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Prior work experience in manufacturing industry Compensation & BenefitsIn addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
