As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Specialty Pharmacy Ambulatory Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. You will assist the Specialty Pharmacy Ambulatory Manager in delivering exceptional patient care service and improve clinical outcomes for patients with various chronic disease states including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, respiratory disease and strokes. This position will report to the Specialty Pharmacy Ambulatory Manager.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Starting salary range: $18 - $24.50 hourly (based upon related work experience).

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Pharmacy Technician license or registration issued by the state of Michigan

* Experience in specialty or outpatient pharmacy

* Proficient computer skills using Pharmacy systems and Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel

* Effective communications skills - verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

* (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months

* (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity

* Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving

* Hep B3 Series

* (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th

* COVID Vaccine-Full
