Our Specialty Recruiter is accountable for:

• Assessing the market, attracting talent, and marrying top talent with our Clients.
• Focusing and supporting positions within Aerospace- including Engineering, Physicists, Scientists, and corporate office roles. Approximately 15% of roles will require a PHD.
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
• Managing a requisition load effectively and successfully.
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.

Essential Skills:

• Confident working in a Full Life Cycle Recruiting environment.
• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent.
• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions in an Aerospace environment.
• Experience successfully identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks.
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective communicator, adaptable interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills.

Seeking minimum of 10+ years of recruiting experience. Must have experience recruiting Aerospace, Engineering and/or Scientific professionals. Must be willing to work onsite 1-2 days per week.
