You will be responsible for building relationships with recognized experts, specialty HCPs, and prioritized stakeholders in the respiratory area and integrated health care systems.Responsibilities:Calling on targeted leads, selling, and establishing/maintaining relationships with target Specialty HCPsPlanning and executing both tactical and strategic sales activitiesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with key targets within assigned geographyDriving appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers and community HCPsLeveraging insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challengesMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeAt least two years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales OR 3 years of sales experience in a scientific/clinical/healthcare environment OR demonstrated experience & knowledge within healthcare ecosystemsKnowledge of the medical, healthcare or pharmacy industry and skills in clinicalA valid driver's license and safe driving recordDesired Requirements:Experience calling on Respiratory Specialists such as Pulmonologists and AllergistsExperience calling on health systems and large group practicesRespiratory Therapist or Registered NurseAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
