Benefits and Compensation Range:
- $35,000 - $55,000 annually dependent upon experience

This role requires:
- Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
- Working on ladders and lifts (40ft and higher)
- Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn basic plumbing and electrical
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required
- Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
- Operation of a handheld device for completion of service order
Applicants must:
- Have a history of good job attendance
- Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday
- Have a good driving record
- Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Provide references upon request
