Specimen Processing Supervisor for Permanent and Full-Time Hire - Click and Apply Now!Overview:
- Supervises about 20 people between 2 shifts. They will have assistance with a lead on both 1st and 2nd shift who will deal with the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities, but this position will be responsible for the interviewing, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, etc.
- Someone who is familiar with both leadership and accessioning/specimen handling.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
- Previous supervisory experience.
Bonus points if you've got:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
