Overview:

• Supervises about 20 people between 2 shifts. They will have assistance with a lead on both 1st and 2nd shift who will deal with the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities, but this position will be responsible for the interviewing, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, etc.

• Someone who is familiar with both leadership and accessioning/specimen handling.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A valid driver s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.

• Previous supervisory experience.

Bonus points if you ve got:

• Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration.

• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
