They provide accurate and meaningful test results that assist health care providers in making informed treatment decisions. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30PMResponsibilities:
- Receive and open specimen packages. Attach relevant paperwork and samples
- Review requisitions for complete patient and billing information
- Accession laboratory specimens and deliver to the lab for testing
- Accurately log patient information from requisition form into company software
- Document scanning Route requisitions/payments to the appropriate department for processing
- Accession/enter patient information on samples that arrive from accounts requiring special handling Accession/enter patient information on samples that arrive with tests ordered requiring special handling
- Handle inquiries about problematic evaluations from both inside and outside the department
- Train new employees on department tasks
- Cross train other staff members as needed Track, log, and report new employee analytics
- Perform additional tasks outside the department as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks
- Great typing skills
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
- Good attention to detail
- Data entry
