Responsible for administering and directly applying speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Evaluate and treat all patients who are referred for speech/language. Develop and document treatment plans and goals. Perform other duties as directed and required.Minimum Requirements
- Requires a current Utah Speech Pathologist License.
- Masters Degree in speech/language pathology and completion of the clinical fellowship year with a certificate of clinical competence.
- Performance of technical skills related to speech pathology.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to determine appropriate patient procedures and evaluate results.
