Method Rehab provides a unique hybrid rehab continuum of care within assistive living communities. Walker is a not-for-profit organization qualifying for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.Minimum qualifications:MN Speech Language Pathologist certificationTwo years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (desired)Desire and ability to work in multiple diverse treatment settingsProven positive skills to work successfully with a team or independentlyDiverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior populationCreative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organizeHigh degree of self-motivation and commitment to the seniors we serveBasic computer skills with experience or ability to learn multiple electronic health record systemsSensitivity to senior needs and the ability to build positive relationshipsAbility to embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life.
