Responsibilities:
- Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and social communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support students' educational goals
- Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students with speech and language challenges
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions within the classroom setting to enhance communication
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CA licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
