About The PositionIf you're interested in making a significant impact as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, in Philadelphia, PA this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Speech Therapy services to residents
- Initiate referrals as appropriate, and in accordance with department procedures
- Interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other team members, and coordinating treatment plans collaboratively
- Evaluate residents to gather data for treatment planning
- Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals and supervise and direct Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) in implementing these plans.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
