We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists in Suffolk County looking for Per Diem work. We have both Workman Comp. cases and School cases. You make your own schedule! Pay Scale: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1hour $150 for Group (3+) Qualifications/Education:
- NY State SLP License required.
- One year of SP experience in the home setting required.
- Workers Comp. Certification for WC cases.
- Fingerprints required for School Cases
Qualifications/Education: - One year of adult/geriatric SLP experience in clinical setting required.
- Speech Language Pathology License Required.
- Master's degree required.
Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and administer treatments of speech and language disorders, including development, mental, and organic involvement.
- ensure that all home care services are provided in a high-quality manner and in accordance with Department of Health regulations
- support the Agency's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required.
