We are searching for an energetic and caring Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our amazing team of clinicians that serves the Plymouth residential area of Massachusetts. This Part-Time position offers a visit rate of $32/visit. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication and swallowing skills of our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will collaborate with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to implement personalized treatment plans, providing compassionate care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families. Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Assist in implementing speech and language treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.Conduct therapy sessions in patients' homes to improve communication skills, swallowing, and other related disorders.Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations and changes to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, including patient responses and outcomes.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.About us: VRNS is a clinician owned and operated home healthcare agency that truly promotes a strong work-life balance, provides continued support, and cares for their clinicians out in the field.
