Seeking a Spirits Market Manager located in Orange County to join our client's team with spirits sales experience.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain sales contact with key personnel at distributor/broker level

• Visit and maintain key accounts

• Prospect new opportunities for both on and off premise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution against sales plans

• Have clear understanding of brand objectives, brand story and brand guidelines

• Execute short- and long-term sales objectives and strategies for assigned geography

• Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth and identify new business opportunities

• Call on established accounts as well as identify new accounts to move business forward by gaining distribution, programming and promotion

• Manage sales expenses and budgets for territory including T&E as well as local marketing budgets

What You Bring:

• Preferred 5+ years field sales experience in spirits

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ability to learn proprietary software applications

• Must be a self-starter, high energy, resourceful, responsible, flexible, and strong organization skills
