As a Sports Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the sports department. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, communicating with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders, and assisting in the planning and execution of sports events and activities.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Knowledge of sports management principles and practices is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of sports events and activities.

Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. - Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents and information. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
* Coordinate schedules for athletes, coaches, and staff, including practices, games, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Communicate schedule changes promptly and ensure all parties are informed and prepared.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for athletes, coaches, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. - Facilitate effective communication between different departments, teams, and individuals within the sports organization.
* Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, tournaments, and activities, including logistics, venue coordination, and procurement of necessary equipment and supplies. - Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and successful outcome
* Take on special projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor or sports management team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
