Location: all cities,FL, USA
Coordinates, supports, and assists with various aspects of youth clinic programs. This includes but is not limited to basketball, flag football, soccer, softball, tumbling and volleyball.
Essential Functions:
* 1. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* 2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practice and games.
* 3. Represents the YMCA and maintains appropriate relationships with members, parents and youth.
* 4. Assists with leadership of volunteer coaches.
* 5. Assists in the monitoring of inventory of department's equipment and ensures effective, safe use.
* 6. Assists in daily sports operations.
* 7. Serves as a positive role model to all participants.
* 8. Keeps score for games.
* Perform all safety and emergency procedures as needed.
* Ensures all First Coast YMCA standards and best practices are implemented and followed.
* Applies YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to best practices, emergency procedures, medical and disciplinary situations and child abuse prevention.
* Ensures the health and safety of all members/guests.
* Inspect physical space to ensure the safety, orderliness, sanitation and cleanliness of facilities.
