The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Sports Betting Supervisor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Sports Betting Supervisor, you will assist the management team in the daily operations of the sports betting department.

Responsibilities
* Assist the sports betting management team with hiring, training, and development of team members
* Prepare sport betting team work schedules; conduct pre- and post-shift meetings and ensure all money has been accounted for
* Follow departmental and company compliance measures and procedures; ensure local and state regulations are followed
* Verify cash drawers, reports, and guest activity; monitor for suspicious activity
* Record all variance and compliance exceptions as and when they arise
* Produce departmental statistical operation reports as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum of 21 years of age with the ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
* Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* No college degree required
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
* Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
* Must be able to stoop, reach, and bend as necessary
* Ability to respond to visual cues, excellent vision including peripheral views
