CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN for SPORTSFIELD & PLAYGROUNDJob Title: Construction Foreman for Sports Field Installer ForemanCompany: NorthEast Sportsfield-RecLocation: Boston Area, MassachusettsDescription: NorthEast Sportsfield – Rec is seeking an experienced foreman to help build fields, tracks, and playground equipment.We are looking for career minded installer. Must have experience in all aspects of field construction (natural and synthetic), fence/back stop installation, layout, dugouts, bleachers, playground equipment/surfacing, equipment operations – dozers, graders, laser, excavators, etc. Must be comfortable working independently when required, trustworthy, and good work habits.Responsibilities:Plan the work schedule for the day and week.Ensure work is being followed per specificationsWork and provide instruction to laborersCheck track of crew hours, fill out daily job reports, responsible for all Safety requirements on the projectCoordinate with General Contractors superintendent or Project Manager.Attend weekly job meetingsConduct weekly Safety meetingsQualifications/Requirements:High school diploma minimumMinimum of 5 years of sports field constructionMinimum of 5 years of playground installationValid drivers license with good recordHydraulic license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hireCDL Class A or Class B preferredDOT Medical card requiredAbility read and follow drawing, grading/elevationsAbility to use mobile work order softwareExcellent communications skills including client relationsMust be willing to travel and stay overnight for durations of 5 days or moreASBA and or NPCAI Certification preferredBenefits:Potential assignment to Prevailing Wage Jobs (must meet specific requirements)Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceRetirement PlanBonusesTraining IncentivesIndustry License IncreasesAnnual Merit ReviewsAdvancement with Growth PotentialYear Round Position w/Participation in Snow OperationsJob Type: Full Time SeasonalWages: $30.00-$40.00 per hour; Prevailing Wage Scale: $68.00-$72.00 per hourHours/Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm; Saturday's may berequired during the busy seasons.Send Resume to: ...@nesportsfield-rec.comPowered by JazzHR
