In this role you will answer customer calls and emails regarding technical and application inquires related to rifle scopes, spotting scopes, and binoculars. You will also support the marketing team in attending firearm and related industry conventions. You will need to come to the table with a strong knowledge of concepts such as focal planes, parallax, reticles, exit pupils, and MOA. You will need to have strong verbal communication skills. Work patterns will be Monday-Friday daytime with some occasional overtime. Travel
