Location: Fergus Falls,MN, USA
Sports Staff:
This position provides direct supervision in a variety of sports programs and events. You will create a positive, nurturing relationship with the participants. You will promote and support the potential of all youth in programs and you will facilitate peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall program experience.
1. Minimum Education: enrolled in High School and working towards diploma
2. Knowledge of the sport and basic understanding of the rules of the sport
3. Ability to demonstrate leadership and show enthusiasm
4. Experience working with children and adults, participating in sports, and preferably officiating
5. CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 60 days of hire if not currently certified
