We are a leading food manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality products while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

+ Participate in training programs to learn about food safety principles, hazard analysis, and preventive controls

+ Work under the guidance of experienced SQF's to implement preventive controls

+ Hazard Analysis Support:

+ Assist in conducting hazard analyses for different products at the facility

+ Learn to identify and assess potential hazards associated with food processing

+ Record Keeping Assistance:

+ Learn to maintain accurate records related to the Food Safety Plan and verification activities

+ Assist in organizing and documenting preventive control measures

+ Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of food safety practices

+ Contribute to the training of personnel on basic food safety principles
