Position Details Req ID: req18834 Position Title: Sr. Administrative Support Specialist Position Type: Staff Full-Time Position Number: AS9041 OSU Campus: Stillwater Department: Graduate College Location Address: 202 Whitehurst Stillwater, Oklahoma, 74078 United States Hiring Supervisor: Dr. Rebecca Sheehan, Associate Dean Hiring Range (Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 20.00, Hourly Work Schedule: 8-5:00 M-F, occasional OT and twice yearly Graduate Commencement Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: This position is the first impression representative of the Graduate College. The individual will be responsible for general office duties, manage the multi-line department telephone, and retain and distribute incoming mail and forms of a confidential nature. This position provides excellent, dependable service in the initial phase of assisting students, faculty, staff, and outside constituents. Special Instructions to Applicants Please include:1. Three professional references Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required Qualifications: High School diploma/GED and three years of clerical or customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Experience should include positive interactions with the public, computer related skills, multi-line telephone skills, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Four years of customer service experience with progressive independence to carry out job responsibilities.
