Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Must SIMO experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the integration of CWITT Engineering tools into the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) Integrated Management Office ( SIIMO) and SWFTS modernization efforts. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of these tools within our ongoing projects under the NIWC C5I contract.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate and serve as a SME in the integration of CWITT Engineering tools into the SIIMO and SWFTS modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of engineering tools.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical support for the deployment and use of CWITT tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the integration processes and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on the use of CWITT tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the integration and operation of engineering tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with CWITT Engineering tools and their integration into complex systems.
  • Strong understanding of SIIMO and SWFTS modernization efforts.
  • Proven track record of working on NIWC C5I contracts or similar projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other engineering tools and software used in similar modernization efforts.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
