Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Must SIMO experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Responsibilities for this Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the integration of CWITT Engineering tools into the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) Integrated Management Office ( SIIMO) and SWFTS modernization efforts. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of these tools within our ongoing projects under the NIWC C5I contract.Key Responsibilities:
- Participate and serve as a SME in the integration of CWITT Engineering tools into the SIIMO and SWFTS modernization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of engineering tools.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support for the deployment and use of CWITT tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the integration processes and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on the use of CWITT tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the integration and operation of engineering tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with CWITT Engineering tools and their integration into complex systems.
- Strong understanding of SIIMO and SWFTS modernization efforts.
- Proven track record of working on NIWC C5I contracts or similar projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other engineering tools and software used in similar modernization efforts.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
