Saving children.Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Treasury Department, we are looking for an experienced and adaptable treasury professional to support cash management responsibilities and cash forecasting at ALSAC. Maintain multiple forecast views, improve cash management reporting processes, and support liquidity objectives. Additionally, this role will also support Treasury Operation's omni channel payment platforms, revenue operations & optimize the financial network.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1. Oversee, advise & execute improvements to daily cash forecasting, positioning, cash tracking to includeimprovements supporting and optimizing all banking operations inside the ALSAC network.2. Responsible for cash flow forecasting for 10-day, 13-week, and long-range planning and supportliquidity requirements for investments and lines of credit.3. Facilitate treasury operations team planning, credit card operations, process improvements, reconciliationimpact assessment and provide process oversight as a strategic business partner.4. Identify opportunities, lead projects, and implement treasury-related business process improvements andother special projects related to revenue operations to include guiding junior analyst.5. Carry out cash operations to include funding, transfers/pooling, and wires and make sounds decisionsin accordance with industry best practices and provide effective executive communication on results.6. Guide & support annual budgeting & forecasting process, variance reporting, ad hoc analysis, and develop/deploy KPI's to be communicated to executive leaders internally to Finance and external partners.7. Will support Treasury Operations as needed to include reconciliation of transactions, revenue operations,Credit Card/Fintech operations, refund, charge backs, and adjustments.8. Subject matter expert in Treasury and give guidance to junior analysts on treasury functions, tasks, andproblem resolutions.9. Effectively work with and support internal business partners including Accounting, Legal, AP, IT, Tax, andBusiness Development.10. Develop and support treasury policies, procedures and controls and oversee the maintenance of signatoriesfor all financial institutions at ALSAC.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and 6-10 years experience.
- Background in treasury with experience in corporate cash management & treasury activities.
- Must have solid analyst skills and is comfortable with data.
- Experience with financial transactions, receivables accounting, and highly adaptable to technology.
- Mature experience with Microsoft Excel & data visualization tool-experience (Tableau/Power Bi) with SQL coding a plus.
- Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations.
- Preferred; Master's Degree, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP),Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
This position is based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN and will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
