The Corporate Card and Expense Team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to assist in system maintenance and reporting. The successful candidate will be able to use data analytics to propose improvement opportunities to Tesla's financial management. Responsibilities
- Assist in administering expense and auditing system configurations
- Develop and present monthly reports of the company's corporate card spend, audit findings, and ad hoc requests
- Assist with fraud or expense audits/investigation
- Participate and drive special projects, as required, which includes working closely with various cross-functional and global teams
- Ensure the connections to/from the expense system and other systems are working properly
- Support the team regarding expense administration, implementation and management of corporate cards, system configurations, audit rule setup, and development of custom reports
- Contribute to other functional day-to-day activities when needed, including solving customer service issues, account reconciliations, cardholder delinquency, escalations, and other tasks
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years related analytical experience
- Experience working in Concur
- Critical thinking related to policy enforcement and compliance
- Project management and collaboration with multiple teams
- Experience with Excel Power Query, Power BI, and SQL
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly accurate and detail oriented
