By keeping customer information safe, our Fraud Protection Team helps deliver the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Senior Data Insights Analyst on the Fraud Protection team, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to prevent, detect, and manage fraud within the organization. You'll leverage existing data sources and create new analysis methods. Your work will extract meaningful information from data and provide the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.What Our Sr Data Insights Analysts Enjoy Most Analyze current fraud detection strategies and processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement, as well as develop new strategies to prevent, detect, and reduce fraudulent activities.Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements.Extracting, cleaning, and engineering data for analysis.Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements.Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel to create reports for customers.Obtaining new reference data sources required to deliver on business needs.Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations.Creating analyses and dashboards that are usable, elegant, and industry-leading.You'll work in a dynamic office environment.
