Responsibilities & Qualifications:

The Novelis Global Manufacturing Excellence team, in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Governance and Transformation, that will report to the Strategy and Portfolio Management Director within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for developing, launching, and owning the governance and communication models for the Manufacturing Excellence organization and drive transformation through structured change management.

The individual selected for this position will have the opportunity to engage with key global and regional Novelis senior partners on developing operating models, leadership routines, administering various global leadership engagements, and ensuring decisions are well documented with action item follow-through.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and organize various Change Management workstreams to advance continuous improvement, integrate feedback, and assess operating model adoption.
  • Build, monitor, reinforce, and evolve leadership routines to deliver on the mission of the Global Manufacturing organization.
  • Bridge functional/regional operating agenda reviews with the Global Manufacturing Operating Agenda.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of decision making and deployment of governance models.
  • Implement a comprehensive collaborator management framework, cultivate idea sharing, and innovate various communication mediums to drive awareness and understanding.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business, or related technical field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a related field of work with experience in change management or global transformations.
  • 2+ years of experience in process development and/or managing multiple project phases.
  • Expert level MS Office applications and experience in virtual whiteboards.
  • Ability to present and communicate clearly to senior leaders and large audiences with high engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • CCMP or Prosci Certification.
