****Ways you will make a difference****

* Use data and front line exposure to identify process gaps and inefficiencies within the current environment. Lead projects to improve/ standardize processes and strengthen controls.

* Develop reporting capabilities by combining data from multiple sources to give visibility to our current operating abilities and find opportunities to grow or improve.

* Build reports to track KPIs related to warehouse management, inventory integrity, transportation, and overall productivity

* Collaborate with the plant and IT teams to enhance the way our business utilizes technology, to increase user adoption of technology, and to drive efficiency. Validate new solutions, provide on-site support, and help train users during implementations of new technologies or capabilities.

* Collaborate with cross functional supply team members from supply planning, component planning, procurement, transportation, and distribution to ensure all functions are supporting the business in ways that lead to the highest valued service.

****Skills that will make you successful****

* Experience with data analysis, reporting tools and software, and the ability to structure and present data in a clear and meaningful way. Strong Excel experience is a must.

* Strong subject matter expertise in warehouse management (for a manufacturing location), inventory control, and transportation.

* General knowledge of integrated ERP systems; SAP (including SAP WM) experience is strongly preferred as are strong Excel and analytical skills.

* Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects involving business process redesign, improvement, or optimization.

* History of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing parallel work streams and priorities with multiple stakeholders and aggressive time lines.

****Experiences that will support your success****

* 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment or comparable project management experience in related fields.

* Formal or non-formal Six Sigma/Lean Experience preferred.

* Bachelors degree in one of the following preferred fields: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or Computer Science.

* Willingness and ability to travel to our manufacturing sites, largely located in the Chicago area but may include occasional travel to other locations within the United States and Mexico.
