The Sr. Associate, Solution Architecture provides and recommends road maps, principles, standards, and best practices for implementation. S/he is responsible for enabling the business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the strategic vision of the organization.
Serves as a technical leader and advocate to incorporate best practices and compliance of the technology standards defined by Santander. Analyzes business requirements and produce comprehensive architecture solutions designs that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements. Works closely with various teams including product, platforms, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the organization enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
Oversee the implementation of the technology solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and best practices.
Designs, analyzes, and supports the company's information technology structure, systems, and processes. Acquires, designs, implements, and operates the company's information technology resources (e.g., computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data, databases, etc.). Deploys, acquires, maintains, and ensures security of information technology assets. Plans and tests processes to ensure compliance with system requirements, business objectives, security standards and additional policies. .
Designs, plans, and governs strategic and cross-organizational optimization of the company's systems, processes, or components to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the company's business needs. Works with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the company's IT strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. Ensures that the business and IT are in alignment by linking the business mission, strategy, and processes to IT strategy, and documents this using architectural models or views that show how the company's current and future IT needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
