Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Applied Engineering with a Controls concentration, or Electronics Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience P.E. license preferred Experience in the water and wastewater industry and consulting engineering is a plus Knowledge of hydraulic (water) and pneumatic controls is a plus Demonstrated experience managing project cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performance Applicable knowledge of the UL 508a Code and NEMA Standards, and working knowledge of 480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuitry, including both Digital and Analog circuitry Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to communicate with, and have a basic understanding of, multiple engineering disciplines including civil, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills Project Manager Requirements: Work with new and current clients to develop projects suited to their needs Develop proposals and cost estimates for automated systems Have full responsibility for all phases of projects including budget, costs, labor and material resources, and implementation Maintain project schedules and ensure project deliverables are met by all members of the project team Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices, and function in a lead engineering role for segments of projects including preparation of required design plans, specifications, and reports Provide onsite engineering support, including regular site visits Create new business opportunities Physical Requirements: Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights. Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination. Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.
