**About the Job:**
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, youll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a DevOps Consultant, youll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.
**What Youll Get to Do:**
+ **DevOps Strategy Development:** Lead the development of a comprehensive DevOps strategy, focusing on automation, operational soundness, and alignment with best practices.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating review sessions, and ensuring alignment with the clients strategic goals.
+ **Leadership and Mentorship:** Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
+ **Tooling Implementation:** Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels in collaboration with client teams, adhering to Agile best practices.
**What Youll Bring with You:**
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments (preferably within the financial services sector).
+ **Technical Expertise:** Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, Everything-as-Code
+ **Leadership:** Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
+ **Communication:** Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
+ **Certifications:** Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, SRE, PMP) are highly desirable.
+ **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
+ Willingness to work hybrid in our Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days per week
