Our client is a well-known and highly respected insurance financial organization seeking bright, tech-savvy talent. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process analysis and systems analysis with minimal support Collaborate with project teams to establish technical visions and develop solutions Build relationships and represent IT in strategic conversations Lead delivery initiatives and facilitate stakeholder expectations Support the design and execution of quality assurance processes Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Business Analysis B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance (or related experience) Financial industry experience preferred Agile/Lean environment exposure Proficient in tools like MS Visio, PowerBI, SQL, Balsamiq Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
