ALTA IT Services has a Contract to hire opening for a Business Analyst to support a leading, Washington DC based health insurance customer. We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with extensive experience in Conversational AI analysis, research, documentation, and use case development. The Senior Business Analyst will have the responsibility to ensure that the business's need for changes to processes, policies and/or information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented and acted upon by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, specifying and verifying the needs of business or user. The incumbent is accountable for the gathering and synthesizing of business requirements for moderate complexity software, systems, processes and/or services and translates them into specifications ensuring the business objectives are met.Pay: $50/HROnsite: Washington D.C.Contract to hire roleMust have Conversational AI/ Chatbot experienceKey Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth analysis of conversational AI systems and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.• Perform comprehensive research to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in conversational AI.• Develop detailed documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides, to support the development and implementation of conversational AI solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to define and develop Use Cases for conversational AI applications.• Analyze user interactions and feedback to refine and optimize conversational AI systems.• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of projects.• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.Education Level: Bachelor's DegreeEducation Details: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldExperience: 5 years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experienceIn Lieu of EducationIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.Qualifications:• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.• Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies.• Extensive experience in business analysis, specifically within the realm of conversational AI.• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and Use Cases.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing (NLP).• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)High-level of knowledge and understanding of business products and services, AdvancedMicrosoft Office applications usage, AdvancedExcellent communication skills both written and verbal, AdvancedAbility to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines, Advanced#M2
