Job Description- Solid knowledge of various manufacturing software platforms, such as ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to effectively mine data from various sources including but not limited to databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction and integration.
- Cleanse, validate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Design and develop visually appealing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, SSRS, Crystal Reports).
- Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders within the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of various business processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop models and algorithms.
- Create intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, data engineers, and IT professionals.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant- BAchelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years' in manufacturing experience in data analysis, report writing, and business intelligence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizen
- Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
