Responsibilities:
- Leads cross functional and business unit specific process improvement initiatives
- Has a track record of producing expected results using a variety of research and design techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Analysis to simplify business processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate within business process improvement efforts.
- Create the environment and processes to drive engagement between process owners, users and technical teams who have shared responsibility for improving the user experience, utility, and efficiency of our processes.
- Design and facilitate sessions to identify improvements and solutions that support business and process needs across end to end processes.
- Orchestrate change management efforts by building a shared understanding of business needs and opportunities, enabling wide-spread adoption of strategic investments, and building strong stakeholder support for process improvements
