Act as a liaison among Stakeholders, Business Unit Owners, Management, IT and Hosting Partner to provide CX Fusion Cloud Subscription Management and/or Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expertise as well as strategic guidance, leadership and coordination for System related efforts, including upgrades and new implementations that enable Teams to achieve their goals. Ensures the integrity, maintenance and security of the Corporate Applications and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. Provides support as needed for application stability and works with team members to foster a mature and stable application operating environment.
Specific Responsibilities Solution Definition Responsibilities
Demonstrates applied knowledge of common business use cases and scenarios and how specific Oracle module(s) are configured and used to automate key business processes in support of Quote to Cash processes from Oracle Subscription Management to Oracle E-Business Suite Receivables, including experience with interactions between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Subscription Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with enabling automated setup, maintenance, and billing of Subscriptions, including product, customer, subscription, pricing, incentive compensation, and billing concerns.
Articulate of common business and system data models and can document, define, and translate both as-is and to-be state data flows
Able to apply knowledge of available configurations to analyze, recommend and define specific solution options that are fit for purpose for use cases with tradeoffs, configuration documentation, extension recommendations, interface recommendations, etc.
Able to document requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, current state/future state value stream maps, configurations, access controls, mapping/gapping, etc 1. Experience with System Administration and Vendor Management preferred.
