Top Skills Required:
- Organizational Change Management experience (not ITIL)

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile project management is a plus
Experience & Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and managing change management interventions for strategic digital solutions in a complex, fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting against project timelines and milestones
- Change Management certification is a plus
The Sr. Change Management Associate leverages organizational development, project management, process improvement, and learning disciplines to help teams embrace change. This role works closely with Data & Digital product management, engineering, data/analytics teams, people leaders, sponsors, subject matter experts, and project managers. Key expectations for the role include:
- Improving transformation outcomes by helping teams and/or customers adopt new behaviors
- Enabling adoption of digital technologies to drive business improvement
- Building awareness and commitment to change
- Ensuring a positive experience for teammates or customers during the change journey
- Developing learning solutions to equip teammates with the skills and tools needed for change
- Establishing strong communication and trust with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workstreams and projects related to complex business transformations, involving interdependent change initiatives
- Create actionable deliverables, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Conduct needs assessments to understand teammate capabilities and the impact of future states (e.g., impact assessments)
- Develop a change management roadmap and determine appropriate interventions
- Implement stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans
- Use change analytics to measure effectiveness and adoption of strategies
- Integrate change management strategies with product development and management lifecycles
- Assist project teams in building internal change management capabilities
- May assist in the creation of training programs, including requirements gathering, design, and delivery
