Senior CLA Regulations Analyst External ID # 35514008 Duluth, GA- ONSITE 6 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm) Pay rate: $30-39/hr - Depending on Education and Experience Shift- M-F 8:30 to 5:00 Summary: New role in CE to develop robust SOP's with regards to MAP pricing and policy enforcement. The individual will need to support the Sr AD, Pricing and Indirect Transaction Operations on day to day processes with MAP policy and enforcement. Responsibilities:
- Initial Rollout of the 2025 policy and February 1 MAP levels will generate the most activity of the year.
- Provide Cactus list of customers to monitor-ranked/email addresses
- Provide Cactus with list of approved promotions (All Channels)?
- Receives Daily list of Violations?
- Validate Violation list?
- After Validation Cactus sends letters?
- Receives same day-of automated violation letters ?
- Sends appropriate correspondence to authorized dealers commensurate to agreed-upon guidelines?
- Issue Warnings, Violation notices, Stop Ship notices ?
- Violation letters sent daily to merchants' email addresses provide by BIAH
- MAP mailbox daily maintenance- Open/Read, Process/Action/Reply – next steps/response
- Work with Cactus (CLA) and build relationship
- CLA will provide the following
- Daily report distribution
- Handled by CLA but distribution list will need to maintained for user additions and deletions
- Violation and 1st Stop Notices
- Handled by CLA but distribution list will need to maintained for user additions and deletions
- Build process for the following:
- 3rd, 4th, 5th Stop Ship notifications for escalations and informing
- Handle by CLA/CE based on protocol
- Develop and build Weekly/Monthly KPI/Management reports
Skills or Requirements: Prioritize multiple urgent issues with calm and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate rationale succinctly with all stakeholders for project priorities and align with current business needs. Make quick decisions and effectively communicate with their manager on any changes to keep all on the same page. Balancing needs of the business with system capabilities. Help provide solutions to challenges faced with requests. Identify potential issues before they arise and propose solutions. Ability to work with a team on complex problems to form solutions. Support department head's final decision. The job holder will interface periodically with sales, marketing, finance and species heads; he or she will be the SME when it comes to the systems and processes he or she supports. The individual will also work with third party vendors, data governance, IT as well as other departments within the business on technical, data, finance, accounting, and other related issues Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years progressive experience in IT, Marketing, Administrative, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service and/or relevant business experience.
