Job Title: Sr. Communications Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging, informative, and actionable content (newsletters, podcasts, and videos) to communicate process improvements, best practices, and key initiatives to our global Customer Services Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation - conceptualize, write, produce and develop - newsletters, podcasts, and videos to effectively communicate key messages to a global audience.
* Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to document best practices and process improvements, ensuring relevant, clear and concise communication.
* Conduct interviews and create compelling stories that highlight the impact of key new programs, best practices, and innovations across the organization.
* Utilize various communication channels to maximize reach and engagement.
* Utilize multimedia tools and software to produce high-quality videos and podcasts.
* Ensure all communications align with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, technical writing, or a related field.
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a global technology and/or services organization. Proven experience in creating and managing newsletters, podcasts, and video content.
* Skills:
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to simplify complex processes, programs and solutions into clear and actionable communications.
* Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, podcasting software, video editing software).
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
