Job Details** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MUNICIPAL, K12, HIGHER EDU, REC CENTER, HEALTHCARE, AND/OR LIFE SCIENCE EXPERIENCE **A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute, manage, and direct all facets of construction management and procurement processes for assigned projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reports
  • Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measures
  • Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business
  • Communicate directly with company management, contractors, and designers regarding project scope, costs, staffing, and scheduling
  • Prepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget
  • Oversee timely invoicing and collections, including management of delinquent accounts receivables
  • Provide leadership, expert counsel, and guidance to project teams
  • Manage project team dynamics, morale, and motivation
  • Coordinate staffing resources with the Operations Director
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
